Manage or cancel your subscription

Vagabond AI Premium is an auto-renewing subscription billed through the Apple App Store. You can view, manage, or cancel it at any time from your device:

  1. Open the Settings app on your iPhone.
  2. Tap your name at the top, then tap Subscriptions.
  3. Select Vagabond AI.
  4. Tap Cancel Subscription (or choose a different plan).

Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep Premium access until the end of the current paid period. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. Refund requests for App Store purchases are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Delete your account & all data

You can permanently delete your account and the data associated with it at any time. This removes your profile, your saved discoveries and photos, notes, saved places, and trip plans.

In the app:

  1. Open Vagabond AI and go to Settings.
  2. Tap Delete account.
  3. Confirm. Your account and data will be deleted.

Prefer email? Send a deletion request to oguz@ogizgroup.com from the email associated with your account, and we'll process it for you.

Note: deleting your account does not automatically cancel an active subscription — cancel it in your App Store settings as described above. Some limited records may be retained where required for legal, accounting, or security purposes, as described in our Privacy Policy.
